***Food Delivery***

Delivery drivers may have difficulty entering the building on their own.
Please meet them at the B Street Lobby Door for easy pickup.
***Laundry***
Coin-Op washers and dryers available on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Each laundry room also has a pinball machine for some extra fun!
We try to keep a few laundry pods under the sink in your suite. Laundry pods available can vary based on previous guest overuse and current stock levels.
We do not have a coin machine yet. Please bring your own coins.
***B Street / South Lobby Amenities***
Enjoy the jukebox, chess set, and cozy fireplace.
K-Cups are in the top of the water dispensing machine and can be utilized by using the middle button on the machine.

***Kitchen***
Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and more top of the line amenities.
We try to always keep a starter of coffee, sugar, honey, and creamer in the suite, as well as popcorn and oatmeal. Dish, hand soap, and dish pods are kept by the sink.

***Bathroom***
Our suites have either a beautiful clawfoot tub or walk-in shower with travertine tile throughout and Original sink pedestals.
Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryer provided.
We try to keep extra amenities like bath salts in our suites with a bathtub.
***Entertainment***
Smart TV in your suite!
We try to keep the TV logged into our own streaming accounts (Disney+, Netflix, and Prime Video), but guests occasionally sign out.
If you find you are logged out, we are happy to log back in at a time convenient for you within 24 hours of being notified. You are also welcome to sign into your own accounts and log out before check-out.
Vinyl Record Player: Bluetooth and vinyl record compatible
We try to keep some books and small board games & card games in the suites as well.
***Climate Control***
Heating and cooling unit with adjustable settings are inside the suite.
The Ceiling Fan has a remote on the wall and must have the wall switch turned "on" to operate.
***Trash Services***
To access the dumpster, you will need to take the NORTH Elevator to the 1st Floor. Exit out of the building and into the alley.
There will be large yellow dumpsters in the alley that you are welcome to use.
Use you building keypad code to re-enter the building.
